Porch Daily is a general-interest magazine for busy adults. We cover money, health, home, family and relationships. Think of the front porch: the place between your private life and the street, where a neighbor tells you the useful thing plainly.

Every piece aims to leave you with one thing you can do today. We skip fear headlines, lectures and advice that only works for people with plenty of time or money.

How we run this porch

Independent. Our own editors write every piece. No company pays for a mention, no article carries an affiliate link, and no sponsor reads a piece before you do.

Plain-spoken. We explain how things work and give you one thing to try. We are not your doctor, lawyer or financial adviser. When a topic touches your health, your money or a legal decision, we keep the advice general and say when to talk to a qualified professional.

Corrections. If we got something wrong, tell us and we fix it. Every fix is noted on the page, with what changed.
